South Texas Training abides by the mandates of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and its implementing regulation per the Code of Federal Regulations Title 34:

Education, Subpart E, §104. South Texas Training is dedicated to providing students with disabilities reasonable accommodations needed to achieve their academic goal. South Texas Training will accommodate students with academic adjustments or auxiliary aids and services that are reasonable accommodations and are necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in a program of study. South Texas Training is not required to make academic adjustments and/or provide auxiliary aids and services that would compromise the academic standards for the chosen program of study.
