Administrative Specialist (Full Time)

Administrative Specialist duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative specialist duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Registrar (Part Time)

Employee will be responsible for registrar duties for a career school. Duties will include maintaining the students academic records, generation of reports, attendance. Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within FERPA guidelines, e.g., grades, registration data, transcripts.
